Shipping fees are not self-refundable; you will need to contact Customer Service to request a shipping refund. The shipping deadline date is July 17, 2025, at 5 PM ET. If your refund request is made after your tickets have shipped, shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds for FAN EXPO Boston tickets, excluding special experiences, can be processed up until the refund deadline of July 25, 2025 at 10 AM ET. After this date, all sales are final.
Refunds will be made for the face value of the ticket at time of purchase. Service charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. If a prepaid card was used, please retain the card for any potential refunds.
