Refunds for FAN EXPO Boston 2025, excluding special experiences, can be processed up until the refund deadline of July 25, 2025, at 10 AM ET.
After this date, all sales are final. You can process a self-refund only before the refund deadline.
Refunds will be made for the face value of the ticket at time of purchase, plus any applicable taxes, shipping fees and merchandise add-ons. Service charges are NOT refundable.
Steps to Process a Self-Refund:
- Access your order confirmation email.
- In the email, click on “VIEW YOUR RECEIPT AND QR CODES HERE.”
- Locate the ticket you want to refund and click "Refund Product" next to it.
- Follow the prompts to complete the refund process.
