The 48 hour guarantee is valid for any special experience ticket or photo op that completely sells out within the first 48 hours it was available for purchase.
For guests appearing multiple days, if photo ops for only one of those days sell out within 48 hours but the other dates do not, the guarantee does not apply and you should purchase one of the other photo op days for that guest.
To redeem the guarantee, VIP Package holders need to contact us within that same 48 hours from when the photo op or special experience was originally available for purchase to request a link to purchase this popular item. As long as the time and date stamp on your email is before the 48 hour cutoff of when the item first went on sale, we'll send you a link to buy it. (It may take 3 to 7 business days to receive a response).
Example: If photo ops for a specific guest went on sale January 1, at 10 AM ET. For the guarantee to apply, all photo ops for that guest on all days would need to have sold out by January 3, at 10 AM ET. The VIP Package holder would also need to have contacted FAN EXPO by January 3, at 10 AM ET requesting to purchase the sold out photo op.
Please note: Autographs are NOT covered under the guarantee. The guarantee does not give you free tickets for photo ops or special experiences, nor does it allow you to purchase photo ops or special experiences before they go on sale.
