If the new admission is less and it is before the refund deadline, we recommend doing a self-refund of your original order and then placing a new order for the new admission. Note that service fees will not be refunded on the original order.
After the refund deadline, or if the new admission is more, passes that have not yet been mailed out can be swapped or upgraded via your original order confirmation.
- Click on the grey 'VIEW YOUR RECEIPT OR QR CODES HERE' link from your Leap order confirmation email.
- This will bring you to your ticket confirmation page, where you can click on the SWAP or UPGRADE button beside the ticket you would like to change.
- Choose your new admission.
- If the new admission is more, you will be prompted to pay the price difference. Note that no refunds will be issued if the new admission is less, and once a certain ticket type sells out, it will no longer be offered as an option for your swap or upgrade.
If you are not seeing a button for SWAP or UPGRADE, or if you had your passes shipped to you and it is after the shipping deadline, please contact us to provide further assistance. Be sure to include the email address that was used to purchase the ticket originally.
