All paid admission tickets for FAN EXPO Boston 2025 (excluding specially ticketed experiences) and add-ons, minus service fees can be refunded up to 14 days before the event (July 25, 2025) at 10 AM ET. The deadline to request a shipping refund is July 17, 2025, at 4:59 PM ET.
